Non-Peak vs Peak Season:

For orders received before 10am Sydney time Monday to Friday, we make every attempt to provide NEXT BUSINESS DAY dispatch during non-peak seasonand 2-3 business days dispatch during peak season and sale campaigns. Please ensure your shipping address and details are correct.  

Orders that include Pre-Order Item(s)

For orders that include a pre-order item(s), the entire order (including items currently in stock) will only be shipped in a SINGLE shipment once the pre-order item has arrived.  

Delivery Timeframes

We expect most orders to be delivered within the timeframes provided by the shipping calculator (subject to your country destination).  For international deliveries outside of Australia, any customs charges that may be incurred are the responsibility of the recipient.

As soon as your order ships, you'll automatically receive a tracking link (if you have provided the required contact information).
